Website Use

You may browse eliminateelbow.world for lawful purposes. You must not attempt unauthorised access, introduce malware, scrape content in a manner that impairs site performance, misrepresent affiliation with Eliminateelbow, or use materials in violation of intellectual property rights. We may suspend access where misuse is detected.

Consultation Products

Product descriptions, including Desk Focus Kit (£89 excl. VAT), Team Flow Kit (£249 excl. VAT), and Floor Strategy Kit (£449 excl. VAT), summarise the scope of deliverables available at the time of publication. Custom engagements are governed by written proposals. Website prices are in GBP excluding VAT unless your written quote states otherwise; applicable VAT is added on invoices where required. Confirmed quotes prevail over website listings if they differ.

Booking and Payment

Submitting a contact form constitutes an enquiry, not a binding contract. A booking is confirmed when we issue written acceptance and any required deposit is received. Payment terms, cancellation windows, and refund eligibility for consultation products are detailed in our Return Policy.

Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information about premises, access rules, and health and safety requirements. You are responsible for obtaining landlord or facilities approval before furniture moves. You must ensure consultants can work safely on site and that shared materials do not infringe third-party rights.

Deliverables and Advice

Reports, sketches, and playbooks are advisory tools based on information supplied by you and observations during sessions. Implementation remains your responsibility. While we reference United Kingdom workplace spacing norms, you must verify compliance with lease conditions, fire routes, and occupational health obligations applicable to your building.

Intellectual Property

Website text, branding, layouts, and proprietary methodologies remain the property of Eliminateelbow or licensors. Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive licence to use deliverables internally for the organisation that commissioned the work. Redistribution, resale, or public publication of deliverables requires prior written consent.

Confidentiality

Both parties will protect confidential information exchanged during consultations, except where disclosure is required by law or information is already public through no fault of the receiving party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eliminateelbow is not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from use of the website or consultation products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a confirmed booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking, except where liability cannot be limited for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Eliminateelbow against claims arising from your breach of these terms, unlawful use of deliverables, or failure to follow safety guidance when implementing layout changes.

Third-Party Links and Tools

Embedded maps or external resources are provided for convenience. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, transport disruption, or government restrictions affecting on-site consultations. We will work with you to reschedule virtual alternatives where possible.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer and reside in the UK.

Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use. Continued use of eliminateelbow.world after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for website use; existing bookings remain subject to the terms in effect at confirmation unless otherwise agreed.
